As a regular Dyson user, It was nice not having to worry about my hair given the very hot summer in Europe. I didn’t miss a beat with my hair routine and was able to straighten my hair for most of the trip and curl my hair for a wedding, all in one tool that easily fit in my carryon. I was especially grateful when I used a converter for my portable clothes steamer in Spain, and within seconds it was shooting out water and smelled like burning fire due to the voltage spike, so I immediately unplugged it and didn’t use it again until I got back to the States, otherwise it definitely would’ve been damaged! This would have been awful had I counted on using my own Dyson Airwrap overseas! Also, the tool was very clean, which I made sure to look into beforehand and found that they use salon-grade cleaning methods, so that’s good enough for me. I’ll be renting a tool again for Greece later this year — probably the same one since it was so similar to using my own Dyson which kept things easy for me.

You choose your rental dates at checkout. Those are the exact days of your trip.
We ship your order in advance so it arrives before your selected start date.
Everything you need: your tool, its carrying case,and a prepaid return label. Just pack it in your carry-on and you’re set.
Use the prepaid return label and ship it back by your return date. We’ll take care of the cleaning.
You get a 3-day grace period. After that, it’s $10 per day until it’s shipped back.
Normal wear is totally fine. If there’s significant damage or missing pieces, you may be charged based on the cost to repair or replace.
If it’s lost before you send it back, you’re responsible for the replacement.
If it’s lost after you hand it off to the carrier and it’s scanned, you’re covered.
Cancellations depend on timing.
- More than 1 week before your rental: full refund
- Less than 1 week: 50% refund
- After it ships: non-refundable
Nope. We handle all cleaning and sanitizing.
No, we currently only ship to residential addresses.
Yes. We require that you pack your rental in your carry-on using the provided case to keep it protected.
Possibly. Our tools are designed for international voltage, but you may need a plug adapter depending on your destination.
