You choose your rental dates at checkout. Those are the exact days of your trip.
We ship your order in advance so it arrives before your selected start date.
Everything you need: your tool, its carrying case,and a prepaid return label. Just pack it in your carry-on and you’re set.
Use the prepaid return label and ship it back by your return date. We’ll take care of the cleaning.
You get a 3-day grace period. After that, it’s $10 per day until it’s shipped back.
Normal wear is totally fine. If there’s significant damage or missing pieces, you may be charged based on the cost to repair or replace.
If it’s lost before you send it back, you’re responsible for the replacement.
If it’s lost after you hand it off to the carrier and it’s scanned, you’re covered.
Cancellations depend on timing.
- More than 1 week before your rental: full refund
- Less than 1 week: 50% refund
- After it ships: non-refundable

No, we currently only ship to residential addresses.
Yes. We require that you pack your rental in your carry-on using the provided case to keep it protected.
Possibly. Our tools are designed for international voltage, but you may need a plug adapter depending on your destination.
